To ensure clinical safety during hands-on modules, this course is strictly open to licensed medical/dental professionals who have completed Level 1 or equivalent foundational injectors training:

Module 1: Advanced Facial Anatomy & Danger Zones

  • Layered Anatomy Masterclass: In-depth review of the 5 layers of facial tissue (Skin, Superficial Fat, SMAS, Deep Fat Pads, and Periosteum).
  • Vascular Risk Mapping: Precise orientation of the Facial Artery, Angular Artery, Supraorbital, and Supratrochlear vessels to systematically avoid tissue necrosis.
  • Nerve Navigation: Identifying and evading critical neural pathways (Marginal Mandibular, Temporal, and Zygomatic nerve branches).

Module 2: Introduction to Neurotoxins & Botulinum Toxin (Botox)

  • Pharmacology of Neuromodulators: Action profiles, dilution/reconstitution protocols using sterile saline, storage variables, and accurate unit calculations.
  • Upper Face Indications: Patient selection, muscle contraction dynamics, mapping nodes, depth targeting, and dosing rules for:
    • Glabellar Complex (Frown Lines)
    • Frontalis Re-contouring (Forehead Lines)
    • Lateral Orbicularis Oculi (Crow’s Feet)

Module 3: Advanced Lipolytic Injections (Injectable Lipolysis)

  • Adipocyte Degradation Physics: DCA and PPC cocktail combinations for targeted submental reduction (Double Chin) and jowl margin cleaning.
  • Grid Placement Protocols: Exact subcutaneous needle depth control, point dosing, and structural grid mapping techniques.

Module 4: Day 1 Hands-On Practical Training

  • Live surface landmark drawing and mapping lines on models using medical design pens.
  • Reconstitution and sterile drawing protocols of Botulinum Toxin.
  • Supervised hands-on clinical execution of Upper Face Botox injections and Lower Face lipolytic grids.

Module 5: Dermal Fillers Rheology & Mechanics

  • Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Science: Selecting correct filler profiles based on cross-linking science ($G^\prime$ Prime, Elasticity, Cohesivity).
  • Instrument Application: Mechanics of sharp needles vs. flexible Micro-Cannulas across clinical scenarios.
  • Injection Patterns: Deep bolus, linear retrograde threading, fanning, and cross-hatching.

Module 6: Mid-Face & Lower-Face Structural Restructuring

  • Cheek Fillers (Malar Volumization): Lateral zygomatic deep periosteal bolus delivery to recreate cheek support and lift the mid-face.
  • Nasolabial Fold Corrections: Precise dermal layering and micro-cannula filling techniques to soften deep folds safely.
  • Chin Fillers (Mentoplasty): Profile projection, mental cleft contouring, and vertical lengthening to balance the profile.

Module 7: Advanced Lip Artistry & The Russian Lip Technique

  • Lip Architecture: Mastering vermilion borders, Cupid’s bow profiling, philtrum column tracing, and oral commissure support.
  • The Russian Lip Technique: High-density vertical micro-injections using low-volume droplets to flip the lip horizontally outward without causing forward “duck-lip” projection.

Module 8: Day 2 Hands-On Practical Training

Module 10: Skin Boosters & Dermal Hydro-Balancing

Module 11: Non-Surgical Tissue Suspension (Thread Lift)

  • Material Science Profiles: Dissecting PDO, PLLA, and PCL compound groups. Monofilament vs. Screw vs. Cogged/Molded threads.
  • Vector Lifting Maps: Drawing structural entry-and-pull maps for Jowl Lifting, Mid-Face suspension, and Jawline crisping.

  • Hyaluronidase Flooding Protocol: Reconstitution, safety patch testing, and high-dose infiltration strategies to reverse vascular blockages instantly.

Module 13: Day 3 Hands-On Practical Training

  • Supervised practical execution of under-eye Tear Trough filling using micro-cannulas.
  • Live application of deep BAP hydro-boosters.
  • Hands-on placement of multi-vector cogged lifting threads for lower-face suspension.
