- Vascular Danger Mapping: Detailed charting of the Facial Artery, Angular Artery, Supraorbital, and Supratrochlear vessel networks to systematically avoid ischemic tissue events.
- Nerve Architecture: Tracking safe vectors and depth parameters around the Marginal Mandibular, Temporal, and Zygomatic nerve systems to eliminate the risk of transient motor function injury.
Module 2: PDO Mono Threads
- Neo-Collagenesis Science: Understanding Polydioxanone (PDO) for structural firming and tissue texture restoration.
- Tightening Grid Vectors: Mapping tightening vectors for lax skin across the lower face, cheeks, and neck lines.
- Deployment Mechanics: Insertion angle rules, maintaining sterile zones, and smooth intradermal release parameters.
Module 3: Advanced Non-Surgical Tissue Suspension (Cogged Thread Lift)
- Advanced Thread Science: Dissecting complex Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) and Polycaprolactone (PCL) cogged, barbed, multi-directional, and molded suspension threads.
- Vector Lifting Maps: Designing structural entry and pull vectors for Jowl Lifting, Mid-Face suspension, Malar elevation, and Jawline crisping.
- Technical Suspension Protocols: Maintaining strict sterile fields, local infiltration anesthetic delivery along thread tracks, pilot needle entry, and safe cannula tracking through the subcutaneous plane.
Module 4: Day 1 Hands-On Practical Training
- Anatomical landmark tracing and vector mapping on live training models with demographic pens.
- Hands-on training for the pattern design and intradermal placement of PDO Mono Threads for structural skin tightening.
- Hands-on multi-vector planning and placement of Cogged/Molded lifting threads for lower-face and mid-face suspension on live patients.
Focus: Fat Harvesting, Processing, Micro/Nano-Fat Injections, & Advanced Safety Protocols
Module 5: Principles of Living Tissue Grafting
- Fat Survival Science: Principles of autologous fat survival, fat cell viability factors, and the role of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells (ADSCs) in skin rejuvenation.
- Donor Site Selection & Harvesting: Identifying optimal fat donor reservoirs (abdomen, thighs, or flanks). Fluid infiltration protocols (Tumescent anesthesia solutions) and low-vacuum manual cannula fat harvesting techniques.
Module 6: Graft Processing, Refinement & Emulsification
- Centrifugation Parameters: Closed-system centrifugation parameters, washing, sedimentation, and filtration to separate viable adipocytes from oil, blood, and lidocaine fluid.
- Micro-Fat & Nano-Fat Processing: Mechanical shifting methods to emulsify structural macro-fat into specialized Micro-fat (for volume restoration) and Nano-fat (liquid gold injection for skin texture and superficial wrinkling).
Module 7: Facial Fat Graft Delivery & Complication Control
- Layered Injection Strategies: Utilizing blunt micro-cannulas to infiltrate the deep fat pads, pyriform space, cheeks, temples, and pre-jowl sulcus with structural fat micro-droplets.
- Graft Complications: Managing over-correction, asymmetry, fat necrosis, oil cysts, and immediate safety steps to prevent intravascular fat embolisms.
Module 8: Day 2 Hands-On Clinical & Surgical Residency
